The Fall Neccesities

Fall is pretty much here and there are so many things to enjoy as we approach this change in season. Its getting cooler oustide, the leaves are on the ground and the colors are rich. (Ok maybe not that much but I definitely want it to!) Here are my top 10 Fall indulgences:

Practicing yoga requires appropriate attire. Wearing baggy clothing can get in your way when moving from pose to pose and it may be difficult to see if you have the proper form. Summer is almost here and I've already started enjoying all the treats that it has to offer. I enjoy the time of the year where the season changes and stores bring out their new stuff to fit the mood. Coffee shops like Starbucks and Coffee Bean have their seasonal drinks and all the clothing stores sell their new collections...ahhhh I love it!
